Is it legal to buy medications from an overseas pharmacy without a prescription ?

Are medications from other countries safe?

You will find a lot number on the pill bottle or pill card (packaging). Can I get into trouble importing medications?

To our knowledge there has never been an instance where anyone attempting to import medicine for personal use in a 90 day supply has ever had any legal problems. A visit to the US Customs website under Traveler Information will confirm this. Customs reserves the right to refuse any shipment entry, but this does not mean that such attempted importation is a crime unless the drug in question is illegal to possess, i.e. Marijuana, LSD, Ecstasy etc. which are banned in the US.

When medications are obtained through the mail, Customs only has two options with regards to import of prescription meds coming from a legitimate pharmacist or physician, to refuse them entry or to pass them through.

There are no legal repercussions for this type of import. It is not unlawful, and a ‘seizure’ is less ominous than a parking ticket. You have to ‘pay’ a parking ticket. A ‘seizure’ simply means ‘shipment refused entry’.

Yes. Currently, the pharmacy ships all prescriptions by express mail to ensure quick and reliable delivery. However, in very rare case delays may sometime occur with Customs.

What happens if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?

Since we ship our orders through priority mail service so it requires a signature upon delivery because of security purpose. If you miss it, you can give a call to your nearest post office and collect it from there at the earliest.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your order is lost in the mail, the pharmacy will send you a replacements/refunds on your choice. However, you may be held liable for the loss if it is determined you have provided us with an incorrect mailing address.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us. If it has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. The estimated time is 2 hours after an order is placed.
